A self-running advocacy pipeline, under your approval
The agents find happy customers, draft every ask with judgement, keep the points economy honest, and turn quarterly targets into shipped reviews, referrals and references.
Advocate Recruitment Agent
It finds your next advocates before you ask
The Advocate Recruitment Agent works two hunting grounds: organic mentions across social listening, review sites and community feeds, plus new portal members who signed up but have not contributed yet. It qualifies each candidate against your ICP, scores them on reach, relevance, warmth and recency, and hands you a ranked shortlist with the exact quote and source, never a raw feed. A signup is not an advocate, so it owns the journey from joined to contributed, and nobody gets double-approached.

Every advocate message, drafted with judgement
The Comms Agent writes welcomes, review requests, referral asks, case study invites, recognition and re-engagement. One message, one ask, personalised with real product usage, not fake familiarity. You set its mode per message class: Manual, AI Drafting (queues every message for human approval), or AI Enabled. It never auto-sends outside a pre-approved locked template, never exceeds two touches per advocate per week, and pauses outreach the moment someone logs a support escalation. Complaints, legal threats and press enquiries are escalated to you, never answered.

Points that buy more value than they cost
The Points ROI Agent owns your advocacy economy: which actions earn what, the reward catalogue and the outstanding-points liability on your ledger. Monthly it measures cost-per-action and ROI ratio by action type, spots over-rewarded and under-rewarded actions, and alerts when liability growth outpaces redemption. It recommends but never executes. Every change to earning rules, reward pricing or balances waits behind a named human approval gate.

Targets in, shipped pipeline out
Give the KPI Agent a target and it decomposes it into levers, such as how many new advocates to recruit, which existing ones to activate, and whether the points support the behaviour, with honest conversion maths and leading indicators so you correct in week 3, not week 11. It hands the plan to the Orchestration Agent, the Level 1 project manager that turns it into tasks with owners and deadlines, chases what slips and rules on lane changes. Points issued is activity; reviews published, referrals converted and references delivered are progress.

Everything about Customer Advocacy Agents on Flooencer.
What is a Customer Advocacy Agent?
It is one of five specialised AI agents that together run a B2B customer advocacy program on Flooencer: a Customer Orchestration Agent (the project manager) plus four specialists: Advocate Recruitment, Customer Comms, Points ROI and Customer KPI. They recruit advocates, send approved messages, price the points economy, and track progress against your targets.
Do the agents send emails to my customers automatically?
Only for message classes you have explicitly pre-approved with locked templates, such as points-earned confirmations and redemption receipts. Everything else is drafted and queued for human approval. You choose a mode per class, Manual, AI Drafting or AI Enabled, and sensitive, legal, reward and escalated messages always route to a person.
How do the agents avoid over-contacting advocates?
The Customer Comms Agent enforces a frequency cap of no more than two program messages per advocate per week and checks send history before every draft. It pauses outreach for anyone with a recent support escalation or churn signal, never stacks two asks in one message, and stops after a second non-response rather than nagging.
How is advocacy ROI and influenced revenue measured?
The Points ROI Agent reports cost-per-action and an ROI ratio by action type each month using your agreed value models, and tracks outstanding points as a financial liability. Influenced revenue on the Dash CAM dashboard is closed-won CRM opportunity value attributed to advocates through your attribution sync. Connect your CRM to populate it.
What kinds of advocacy actions can the agents drive?
Reviews, referrals, reference calls, case studies, surveys, social posts, video testimonials, product feedback, usage-rights approvals and community answers. Each maps to a mission type with a points value, and progress is measured on outcomes published, such as reviews live, referrals converted and references delivered, not on points issued.
Can the agents act without human approval?
No, not on anything that matters. The Points ROI Agent recommends earning-rule, pricing and balance changes but never executes them, and the Comms Agent will not send outside pre-approved template classes. Every consequential move, whether a message, a change proposal, or adding a completed action to Customer Proof, waits behind a named human approval gate in the Action Items board.
Put five agents on your advocacy program
Set a target like '30 new G2 reviews this quarter' and let the agents recruit, ask and track, while you approve the calls that matter.
