Users may post, link, store, or otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User-Generated Content"). You are responsible for the User-Generated Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service:
In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," or "spam."
6. Terms for Brands
Prohibition of Private PropositionsBrands may not use our database to create private propositions with business influencers on our platform. Violation will lead to removal from the platform.
No Promotion of Competitors or Discrediting FlooencerBrands must not use the platform to promote competitors or discredit Flooencer Limited.
Subscription TermsAnnual subscriptions with a 5% increase each year for renewal.
7. Terms for Business Influencers
Exclusive Platform DealsBusiness influencers must conduct all brand deals made through Flooencer.com on the platform. Off-platform deals with such brands will lead to removal.
Promotion of FlooencerInfluencers agree to promote Flooencer.com when appropriate.
Content UsageInfluencers consent to Flooencer Limited repurposing their content for marketing.
Requirement
The use of Flooencer.com's platform necessitates the download and use of a Chrome extension.
Data CollectionThis extension is instrumental in gathering data to offer insights on content performance and audience demographics to brands.
Consent to Data CollectionBy downloading and using the Chrome extension, influencers consent to the collection of their data for these purposes.
Data Usage and PrivacyThe collected data will not be sold or shared outside of the Flooencer marketplace. It may be used in aggregate form for marketing purposes.
Data Review and RemovalInfluencers have the right to review their data and request its removal should they decide to leave the Flooencer marketplace.
Data Retention Post-TerminationIn the event of account termination, Flooencer Limited reserves the right to retain previously collected data.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Flooencer Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
