  2. Authenticity: Maintain authenticity and a genuine voice. Content should reflect your personal experience or perspective while highlighting the brand's products or services.
  3. Quality Standards: Ensure high-quality production values. This includes clear visuals (photos or videos), good audio quality, and professional editing. Keep the content engaging and visually appealing.
  4. Platform-Specific Requirements: Tailor content to fit the norms and best practices of each specific social media platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  5. Disclosure and Transparency: Comply with legal requirements by clearly disclosing sponsored content. Use tags like #ad or #sponsored as appropriate.
  6. Prohibited Content: Avoid content that is offensive, discriminatory, politically charged, or otherwise controversial. Do not promote illegal activities, violence, or hate speech.
  7. Interaction with Followers: Engage positively with your audience. Respond to comments and messages in a manner that reflects well on the brand.
  8. Content Review and Approval: Submit content for review and approval by the brand as required by the agreement. Be open to feedback and revisions.
  9. Timelines: Adhere to agreed-upon deadlines for content creation and posting. Plan and schedule posts to ensure timely delivery.
  10. Hashtags and MentionsUse brand-specific hashtags and mention the brand's social media handles as directed in the agreement.
  11. Product or Service Representation: Accurately represent the features, benefits, and usage of the brand's products or services. Avoid making false or misleading claims.
  12. Cultural Sensitivity: Be culturally sensitive and respectful. Ensure content is appropriate and respectful to all audiences.
  13. Data Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect data privacy laws and confidential information. Do not disclose sensitive information about the brand or its customers.
  14. Consistent Engagement: Maintain a consistent level of engagement with your audience during the campaign period to maximise reach and impact.
